The Activist: Sewing 101

This video will walk through some sewing basics before we jump into sewing your doll. Take a look for some tips for hand sewing, machine sewing and how to use your seam ripper.

Supplies/materials to have on hand:

• Hand sewing needle

• White sewing thread

• Sewing pins

• Scissors

• Leftover fabric scraps from kit

• Threaded sewing machine (if you want to sew your doll by machine)

• Seam ripper
