The Dancer: Sewing the Arms

This video will walk you through sewing the arms, stuffing the arms and attaching the arms to your doll. These next steps can be sewn by hand or sewing machine - click on one of the videos below to continue sewing.

Materials/supplies to have on hand:

  • Doll

  • Arm pieces cut from flannel of your choice (four total)

  • Sewing pins

  • Spool of white thread

  • Stuffing

  • Scissors to clip threads

  • Hand sewing needle (if you will be sewing these steps by hand)

  • Threaded sewing machine (if you will be sewing these steps by machine)
