The PB&J Pillow: Sewing the Faces

Let’s make this PB&J smile! Our first sewing step will be attaching the PB&J’s eyes, cheeks and mouth. This video will walk through all of these steps with hand sewing - it is pretty tricky to sew small pieces like this on a sewing machine. Feel free to use your sewing machine if you would rather though!

Materials/supplies to have on hand:

  • Peanut butter shaped fleece

  • Jelly shaped fleece

  • Four small black felt circles

  • Four small pink felt circles

  • Two black felt smiles

  • Sewing pins

  • Hand sewing needle

  • Thread

  • Scissors to clip threads
