The DIY Scrunchie: Sewing the Scrunchie Tube
Now that we have the scrunchie tube sewn together it’s time to scrunch up this scrunchie! We will be inserting the elastic and sewing our scrunchie closed. This step can be sewn by hand or using a sewing machine.
Materials/supplies to have on hand:
Fabric tube that you just finished sewing
Elastic
Pins
Hand sewing needle (if you will be sewing these steps by hand)
Threaded sewing machine (if you will be sewing these steps by machine)
Thread
Safety pin
Scissors to clip threads when you are done sewing
